Run that allows to have some views on the Bardineto upland and on the sorrounding mounths, with a splendid single track in the wood.

•  MUSHROOM HOUSES, TOIRANO PASS AND S.NICOLO'.
Easy run that allows to see two of the main beauties of the area : the houses builded with the shape of mushrooms and the Church of S.Nicolo'.

Various run that allows to pass from the lively valley of the village to the quiet and secluded area of Gambero River.

Middle difficulty run that permits to completely across the splendid forest of beeches called Acquetta.

•  FOUR DAIRY FARMS TOUR.
It is a double circular run of middle difficulty that you can divide in two parts. It permits to see the greater part of the territory of Bardineto passing across areas of high environmental interest and also allows to pass near some isolated rural building.

•  THE WATERSHED BETWEEN TYRRENIAN SEA AND ADRIATIC.
This run permits in its high part to follow the watershed between Tyrrenian and Adriatic Sea with fantastic views on Albenga, Rocca Barbena and Ligurian Alps.

•  RIO NERO VALLEY.
It permits to visit the wonderful Tencia forest and the wild Rio Nero Valley.

It is difficult but allows to arrive on the top of the East part of Ligurian Alps (Carmo Mounth) with amazing view and it permits to cover a fabolous downhill single track.

Fabolous run that permits to cover the forut stages of the High Way that touch the territory of Bardineto with fantastic views. Besides you can see the variety of flora and fauna in different environments. It can be divided in 2 or 3 stages.
